Raw and Simple Almond-Cheese Spread
…. Or as I like to call it: Almost-Cheese spread!!!! 🙂
Ingredients
- 1Â 1/2 cup raw almonds (about 200 gr)
- 30 ml lemon juice + 30 ml water
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 green pepper
- 1 clove garlic crushed (without germ)
- 1 ÂĽ tsp Himalayan salt
Orange Flavored Little Cupcakes
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 1/2Â teaspoons baking powder
- 1 tbsp orange zest
- 1/4 cup olive oil, or coconut oil
- 1/4 cup raw honey
- 1 large egg
- ½ cup orange juice
- caster sugar (optional)
- 1/4 – 1/2 cup raisins, slightly floured (optional)

Leche de Almenrdras – Almond Milk
You can drink it as it is, add to coffee or use it into recipes instead of milk. Adjust to your taste by adding or not bitter almond extract, more or less honey, or even adding cinnamon or salt!!! Do not discard the almond meal that has left after straining…. dry it out in a very low oven and use it in baking recipes instead of almond flour. 🙂

- 100 gr raw blanched almonds
- 400 gr water
- 1-2 tbsp honey
- few drops of bitter almond extract (optional)
Stuffed Jack O’ Lantern & Jack O’ Peppers
Ingredients
- 2Â tomatoes, blended
- 2 yellow peppers
- 1 orange pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 1Â small pumpkin
- 3/4 ground meat (beef-if there’s no allergy, pork, chicken…)
- parsley, finely chopped
- 2 small carrots, finely chopped
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 2 tsp dry or fresh mint
- 1 tsp oregano
- 2-2 1/2 handfuls of basmati rice

Olive, Basil & Oregano Little Breads
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 – 1 1/2 cup almond milk
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 cup olives, sliced
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp basil
- salt
Pomegranate Jelly
There is much talk about the protective properties of the pomegranate in cardiovascular disease.  Both pomegranate juice and the fruit itself are rich in antioxidants, which fight free radicals in the body. Also, the kernel containing the pomegranate is ideal for digestive function.

- 750 ml pomegranate juice
- 150 gr sugar
- 2 cinnamon sticks (ideally Ceylon)
- 25 gr gelatin sheets
- 1kgr pomegranate purified
